Job summary

Talantir is seeking a 340B Program Analytics Manager to lead data strategy, reporting infrastructure, and advanced analytics across the 340B portfolio. You will translate complex claims and contract data into actionable insights, driving qualification performance, revenue capture, and compliance integrity.

This remote, full‑time role partners with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, TPAs, and others to optimize 340B processes and support executive decision‑making with dashboards, models, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Health Informatics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience in healthcare/pharma/340B environments.
• Direct experience analyzing 340B claims and qualification data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze 340B claims, accumulations, referral capture data, and contract pharmacy activity to identify gaps and revenue leakage.
• Develop tools to identify and properly categorize claims with Covered Entity partners.
• Develop models to monitor qualification rates across the portfolio.
