Qualifications

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday (2:30 PM to 11PM)

Location: On-site - Brea, CA

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are expanding our 2nd shift operations and hiring two Operations Supervisors to provide key leadership across our manufacturing facilities. One supervisor will oversee our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations, while the second will direct remaining production areas, including Building 2. You will be responsible for driving shift performance, developing team members, and maintaining a safe, high-quality production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Direct 2nd-shift production to meet quality, throughput, and scheduling targets.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and manage operators; conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and corrective actions as needed.
• Safety & Facility Care: Enforce safety protocols, address safety concerns, and oversee end-of-shift facility lockup at 11:00 PM.
• Workforce Management: Manage timekeeping, time-off requests, and staffing adjustments via HRIS/ADP.
• Performance & Metrics: Track KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance) and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operational Point of Contact: Resolve shift escalations, manage cross-departmental coordination, and ensure smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (PCBA or electronics manufacturing highly preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Strong diplomatic and coaching abilities with a track record of building positive, inclusive team cultures.
• Data & KPI Focused: Ability to analyze operational metrics and translate them into actionable shop-floor improvements.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with operational tools and HRIS/timekeeping software (ADP preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across shifts and departments.
