Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking a Lead foreman to oversee kitchen and bath remodeling projects across Fort Bend County and nearby Harris/Brazoria counties. This full-time role starts at $20-$30 per hour, with potential growth after a 90-day probation.

You will lead a crew, ensure timely, high-quality workmanship, and maintain a professional customer relationship on every project. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have stellar work ethic and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with professional demeanor.
• Prefer experience in cabinet refacing.
• Ability to cut moldings and install crown molding.
• Able to drill for and install handles, doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
• Proficient with power tools listed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Pass criminal background check.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Lead foreman to work on Kitchen and bath remodeling projects in Fort Bend County and surrounding areas of Harris/ Brazoria counties. We are looking for individuals seeking a full time position, with opportunity for additional growth. The position starts at $20-$30 per hour based on experience and performance, with further opportunity available after a 90 day probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Lead the crew on remodeling projects while working with them.
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Up Trust points on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with operations manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining extremely high quality.

• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
