We are seeking a Project Manager/Field Supervisor to lead our crews with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Promote a customer centric culture of quality, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Coordinate timely delivery of cabinets and other products.
• Measure for all assigned jobs.
• Manage 3-5 projects concurrently.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Purchasing and payables; initiate and sign purchase orders for assigned jobs.
• Review installation details and coordinate job dates with scheduling, installers, contractors, etc.
• Arrange delivery of cabinets and products to job site or shop, coordinating with customers.
• Coordinate final countertop dimensions with the fabricator.
• Inspect job completion and communicate repairs or touch-ups to Production manager.
• Uphold quality of work on jobs and handle issues with customers, employees, and contractors.
• Manage jobs from start to finish; assist and participate on-site as needed.
• Problem solve on job sites and maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
• Participate with Production Manager in regular operations meetings (e.g., discussing issues, new programs or procedures, status updates, team ideas).
• Involved with Production Manager in hiring of support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, field supervision, or related roles within remodeling or cabinet industries is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on workload as needed.
