Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Lead Carpenter to manage kitchen remodeling projects. You will install cabinetry, crown molding, drawer boxes, and related components, and lead a team to complete work on schedule and within budget.

Ongoing training is provided. Applicants should have 4+ years of carpentry or residential renovation, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or residential renovation.
• Experience in kitchen remodeling and knowledge of installation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of installation tools and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute kitchen installations, including cabinetry, crown, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, painting, etc.
• Lead and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
