We are looking for a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, a thorough understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction, and be proficient with electrical and manual tools such as saws, hammers, and rulers. Great hand dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation are essential.

Responsibilities Include

• Interior demolition and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Carpentry techniques, framing, finish carpentry, fireblocking, insulation hanging, and flooring installation.
• House closing tasks such as punch lists, hardware installation, and cabinet adjustments.
• Reading blueprints and operating power and hand tools.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of carpentry experience.
• Understanding of installation and construction techniques.
• Proficient with electrical and manual tools.
• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Experience

• Construction: 5 years (Required)
• Carpentry: 5 years (Required)
