Responsibilities

• Interior demolition including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge
• Carpentry techniques, framing, and finish carpentry
• Fireblocking, insulation hanging, and blowing
• Installation of LVP flooring
• House closing tasks such as punch lists, hardware installation, and cabinet adjustments
• Reading blueprints and plans
• Proficiency with power and hand tools

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of carpentry experience
• Understanding of installation and construction methods
• Proficiency with electrical/manual tools
• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Driver's License required

Experience

• Construction: 5 years
