We are seeking a Steep Roofer in Keene, NH!

Pay starting at $20+/hr. BOE

Steep Roofer Summary

This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining steep-slope roofs, including asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, metal panels, and other commercial roofing materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, has a strong work ethic, and pays attention to detail.

Steep Roofer Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of various roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope, tile, and shingles
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with customers
• Manage commercial roofing crew, complete required paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training crew members
• Track inventory and file daily reports

Steep Roofer Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial/residential roofing
• Experience with different roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, climb, and kneel regularly
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Pass pre-employment screening

Working Conditions

• Exposure to heights, noise, and temperature in a field environment
• Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Local travel
