Hours & Schedule

• Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with some flexibility
• Pay range: $26.48/hr - $30.00/hr, based on experience

Job Description

• Repairs and installation of doors, cabinets, shelving, and molding.
• Performing in-house repairs on campus involving wood, drywall, and other materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Measuring and verifying dimensions; reading blueprints and plans.
• Hanging pictures, TVs, signage, and repairing drywall.
• Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each task.
• Handling all “punch out” activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
