Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and various remodeling tasks
• Work alongside and take direction from the Lead Carpenter or Foreman
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites
• Support project timelines and contribute to a positive team dynamic
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and safe jobsite environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential carpentry or a related construction trade
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of residential building practices and materials
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow Bova's established methods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work on heights, lifts, and ladders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
