An established industry player is looking for a driven Remodel Technician to join their team. This full-time role involves managing unit remodel operations and providing exceptional craftsmanship services in the multi-family service sector. We have an immediate opening and are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented Remodel Technician who takes pride in providing exceptional craftsmanship services and has expertise in the multi-family service industry.
This full-time position at Kleinman involves working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call hours required and occasional weekend work. The role focuses on managing unit remodel operations across our multi-family properties in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Anoka Counties.
Participation in an on-call rotation (~once every 6 weeks), with the ability to respond within 5 minutes and be within 30 minutes of assigned properties. Must have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, pass a background check, and own tools.
Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and technical skills in building maintenance and renovations. Ability to communicate effectively, make decisions, solve problems, and manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently and in teams, with fluency in English. Proficiency with relevant phone applications is required. Capable of adapting to changing priorities quickly.
High school diploma or GED, with at least two years of experience in electrical, plumbing, minor construction, and preventative maintenance.
