Position Summary

The Architectural Technician is proficient in BIM software and has a strong foundation in architectural technical knowledge. The role involves architectural modeling and the production of construction documents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support production of construction documents by creating models, drafting drawings, and coordinating with external consultants using BIM applications.
2. Assist in creating prototype details and drawing files, ensuring all prototypical details are issued across projects.
3. Create presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for submissions to agencies, landowners, architectural control committees, public presentations, and internal stakeholders including the CEO.

Position Requirements

• 2-year degree in Architectural Drafting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Thorough knowledge of BIM/CAD procedures and standards.

Preferred Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field.
• Experience with commercial construction.
• Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly position with wages ranging from $26.00 to $34.50, based on experience and qualifications.
