Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to manage store remodels and special projects, ensuring adherence to client standards. The role is project-oriented and often involves overnight and weekend work, with potential daytime shifts depending on the project.

Responsibilities include building/uninstalling fixtures, moving/installing fixtures, and executing merchandising tasks per modular guidelines. Flexible schedule and potential transfers on project completion are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod, or retail remodel a plus.
• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
• Overnights are required

Responsabilités

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures and install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise to a designated location by store management.
• Use of basic hand tools and cordless drill.
• Additional merchandising tasks or audits.
