Zusammenfassung

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Project Specialist Flex to manage store remodels and special merchandising projects. You will build and relocate fixtures, install basic electronics, and ensure adherence to modular guidelines. Overnight shifts and weekends are common; daytime work may occur on some projects.

Role is full-time and project-based with opportunities to transfer after project completion. Benefits include flexible schedules, health coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel is a plus
• Must be able to work nights, overnights, and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance

Aufgaben

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures
• Move existing fixtures, both basic and complex
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming)
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines
• Relocate excess merchandise as directed by store management
• Use basic hand tools or cordless drill
• Support additional merchandising tasks and audits
