Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to ensure store remodels and special projects meet client standards. The role involves managing fixtures and merchandise, with a focus on project-based work that may include overnight shifts and weekends. Reports to Project Team Supervisor and Manager.

This full-time position offers on-site work, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to transfer to other projects upon completion. Prior retail remodeling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing ones.
• Move fixtures and install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Detail modular and counter fixtures and set merchandise to guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise as directed by store management.
• Perform audits and other merchandising tasks.
