Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to uphold client standards during store remodels and special projects. You will manage fixture reconfigurations, install basic electronic equipment, and perform merchandising tasks on a project-by-project basis.

This full-time role may require overnight shifts and weekends, with weekly pay and a benefits package. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, and work flexibly in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod, or retail remodel a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures, basic and complex, on the sales floor.
• Install basic electronic equipment – no programming or setup.
• Perform modular detailing and set merchandise to guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise as directed by store management.
• Use basic hand tools and cordless drill.
• Complete additional merchandising tasks or audits.
