Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Central and Northeastern Wisconsin in Appleton, WI, seeks a Project Coordinator to organize remodeling operations and keep projects on track. You’ll be the backbone of scheduling, customer updates, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced home remodeling environment.

This in-person role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or related admin work, strong communication, and a proactive, team-focused mindset. Competitive hourly pay $20–$30 with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination or related administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service oriented and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
• Experience in home remodeling or construction is a plus.
• Self-starter able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule kitchen remodeling projects from initial sale through final installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with installers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and deliveries.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage project documentation including work orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Order materials and monitor inventory to ensure timely availability for upcoming jobs.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, estimates, and administrative tasks as needed.
