Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Realty Project Management and Design in Bentonville, AR to oversee the remodel program across multiple stores. You will align operations leadership with project teams, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget meet business goals nationwide.

You will guide architects and engineers, coordinate with internal units, and manage stakeholders across diverse systems while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, project management, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate project management, construction management, or facilities design.
• Experience managing capital improvement projects including design coordination, permitting, contractor oversight, and budget management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with combined capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Remodel Program management across multiple store projects annually.
• Serve as main contact for Operations leadership ensuring project alignment with business goals.
• Guide architects and civil engineers, setting clear expectations and accountable deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal units to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze data and communicate with stakeholders across non-integrated systems.
• Act as liaison between field teams, Home Office, and external professionals for remodels nationwide.
• Align diverse groups toward common objectives and resolve issues swiftly.
• Analyze cost, scheduling, and permitting challenges and guide implementation strategies.
• Ensure project readiness for permitting, bidding, and possession, mitigating risks.
• Maintain balanced workload as project volume grows.
