House Doctors is a professional handyman service company specializing in both home repairs and full remodels in St Charles county and West County areas.

We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on variety of home repair and full remodel projects such as carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, fence, small siding repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience.
• 3+ years running operations with P&L or budget responsibility in remodeling.
• Solid financial skills: job costing, budgeting, margin analysis.
• Proven leader of crews and subcontractors who sets standards.
• Broad trade knowledge across interior and exterior work.
• Calm, straight‑talking communicator with homeowners, crews and the owner.
• Comfortable with job-management software and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to climb ladders and lift 50 lb.

Responsabilités

• Oversee entire operation and own results: revenue, costs, margins, customer satisfaction.
• Report to owner and manage business day to day.
• Hold full P&L accountability for operations.
• Build and manage annual operating budget and review financials.
• Price and approve estimates to protect margin.
• Negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing; control waste.
• Track KPIs like gross margin, on-time completion, reviews.
• Recommend and implement systems and processes to grow profit.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate field crews; manage subcontractors.
• Set quality and safety standards and enforce them.
• Run jobs from signed contract to final walkthrough; manage 5-10+ projects.
