Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in remodeling, renovation, or general carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, demolition, and structural repairs for remodel projects.
• Install and finish trim, doors, windows, tile, cabinetry, and flooring.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
• Ensure work meets local building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on project progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues that arise during remodels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve unexpected issues that arise during remodels (older homes often have surprises)
• Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment
• Assist with company business activities, events and initiatives

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in remodeling, renovation, or general carpentry
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, levels, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various positions (kneeling, bending, overhead work)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Good communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
• Valid Driver's license is required

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Experience with custom cabinetry, tile work, or finish carpentry
• Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical for coordination purposes
