Job summary

House Doctors Handyman of Phoenix in St. Peters, MO is seeking a Project Manager to turn signed contracts into completed kitchens, baths, basements and decks. Manage projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead crews and subcontractors, handle permits and inspections, maintain quality, and keep homeowners informed. Requires 7+ years remodeling and 2+ years PM; strong scheduling, budgeting and communication; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in residential remodeling with 2+ years supervising as PM.
• Hands-on trade experience and strong organizational skills.
• Local permit and code knowledge.
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobs from contract to close-out.
• Conduct pre-construction site visits and verify measurements.

We need a Project Manager who turns signed contracts into finished kitchens, bathrooms, basements and decks: on time, on budget, and done right.

Pay structure

Total pay of about $85K to $120K for a proven PM.

• Base salary: $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience + performance bonus

What You'll Do

• Run multiple jobs at a time, from contract to close-out
• Take over from sales, conduct pre-construction site visits and confirm measurements
• Plan schedules, order materials coordinate deliveries
• Handle permits, zoning and inspections
• Direct crews and subcontractors day to day on the jobs you manage
• Ensure quality through out project build
• Keep homeowners informed and manage change orders
• Keep every job on budget

Required

Who you are

• Result driven professional with 7+ years in residential remodeling, 2+ supervising as PM
• Hands-on trade experience, detail oriented, and organized
• Local permit and code knowledge
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, Apps, other software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

• Kitchen, bath, basement finishing, or deck experience
• OSHA, Lead-Safe (RRP)

Physical requirements:

walk job sites, climb ladders, work in basements and outdoors, and lift up to 50 lb.
