West Shore Home is hiring a Construction Laborer in Orlando, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. The role covers loading materials, site travel, bath/shower replacement, and cleanup to ensure a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer home, greet the client and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new components as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, leaving the home in good condition.
