Job summary

West Shore Home in Tampa, FL is seeking a Construction Laborer to support safe installations of baths, flooring, windows and doors. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to job sites, greet customers, and assist with demos and rough installs.

The role requires basic hand and power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn. You’ll contribute to cleanups, paperwork and customer satisfaction while upholding PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
