Job summary

West Shore Home in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Construction Laborer to support safe, efficient installations of bathroom remodels and related work. You will load materials by 6:30 AM, travel to job sites, greet customers, and help install tubs, wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed.

The role requires basic hand and power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive attitude. Company offers comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, health coverage, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; two-factor authentication access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
