Job summary

West Shore Home in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Construction Laborer to support Installations for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. You will follow SOPs and PPE protocols to ensure safe, high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include arriving early to load materials, visiting customer homes, setting up, performing installations, and thorough site cleanup. Basic tool knowledge and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing is preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
