Job summary

West Shore Home in Orlando, FL seeks a Lead Shower & Bath Installer to join our team. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with loading materials and traveling to customers to complete bath/shower remodels and ensure a clean, safe installation at the customer’s home.

You will perform demos, install new tubs or pans, wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed while providing a 5-star experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
