Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have basic computer skills and 10-key experience.
• Demonstrates proficiency in systems, departmental knowledge, and understanding of client requirements.
• Ability to do research to resolve customer payment issues and out-of-balance conditions.
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to adapt to change and learn new processes.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Must meet the established Deluxe minimums for accuracy and speed in all applicable areas.

Responsibilities

• Input and correct numeric and alpha information from checks and deposit slips.
• Process exceptions and lookups; research payment issues.
• Access customer accounts to verify posting information.
• Perform 10-key data entry for clients with mid-level instruction.
• Key in invoice numbers, scanlines, and verify payee names and check types.
• Adhere to client guidelines while meeting deadlines and accuracy standards.
