Job summary

Deluxe in Carrollton, TX is hiring a Remittance Processing I Specialist to perform daily mailroom and batching tasks, operate extraction equipment, and ensure accurate processing of checks and invoices. You will support dispatch and quality reviews, handling HIPAA client items with care.

We seek a high school graduate, able to work non-traditional hours, stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work independently or as part of a team. Training is provided; benefits apply from day one.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operator/Mailroom Associate – Operate Mail Extraction Equipment into processible batches and sorter equipment (I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30/40/50/51, Falcon).
• Batching – open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions, with basic sorting and minor equipment adjustments.
• Dispatch Operator – perform quality reviews on outgoing items including HIPAA clients and prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
