Responsibilities

• Visit new assignments, interface with clients, and sell the job.
• Scope damages, create estimates, and submit for insurance approval.
• Coordinate demolition and dry out of commercial properties and supervise projects.
• Direct on-site supervision for mold remediation projects.
• Contact customers to ensure satisfaction and collect payments.
• Manage deadlines, progress, and quality across multiple projects.
• Assist with after-hours mitigation and company marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
