Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• On-call availability (24x7) with schedule shifts.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• 21+ years of age for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled or emergency remediation projects.
• Perform remediation services per project manager instructions.
• Interpret job scopes to determine needed services.
• Remove drywall, pull up flooring, and clear debris.
• Perform detailed cleaning of building components.
• Dry out water-damaged materials with drying equipment.
• Oversee remediation/abatement crews up to 10 people.
• Set up and take down containment barriers and manage air pressurization.
• Ensure proper PPE use and safety procedures on site.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to property owners.
• Communicate job updates with clients and insurers.
• Respond to 24x7 calls as needed.
