Job summary

Qualifications

• Oregon State Teaching Certification with Reading Endorsement.
• Must have access to own transportation.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance/FBI Background check.
• Blood borne Pathogen Training/Hepatitis B Shot Series Training as required.
• SafeSchools Training as required.
• First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers remedial reading, writing, and mathematics instruction.
• Develops assessments to identify student needs and progress.
• Creates lesson plans and learning activities aligned to standards.
• Monitors student progress and documents outcomes.
• Collaborates with staff and involves parents as needed.
