Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager to lead investigation and remediation design projects for Navy/Marine Corps under the CLEAN program, with locations including Virginia Beach, Richmond, DC, or Reston. You will plan, staff, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality work and safety while coordinating with teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Environmental project experience including environmental sampling and subcontractor oversight.
• Experience conducting remedial investigations, feasibility studies, engineering evaluations, remedial designs/actions, and/or installing and optimizing remediation systems.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, internal support staff, and subject matter experts.
• Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and design/remediate systems for contaminated sites.

Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, geology
