Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfill administrative tasks such as releases via DocuSign and refund workflows.
• Assist leadership with tasks and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Support Salesforce reporting for groups like Premier Finance and Penske Fleet Management.
• Communicate with internal/external customers, contacts, and vendors.
• Back-up for associates when needed to cover workload and absences.
• View/update cases including post-sale cases and service coordination.
