Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Booneville, MS, is seeking an Assembly I to perform basic assembly tasks in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment. You will read prints, use hand and power tools, and reference MES, BIQ, Pinpoint and Epix to access instructions and enter data.

The role requires strong attention to detail, willingness to cross-train, and ability to stand for long periods. Starting pay is $17.05 per hour with potential overtime and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience to read standard work documents and enter data.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Prior use of hoists and knowledge of engines/components is a plus.
• Experience with assembly/disassembly tooling (hand/air/pneumatic).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly processes in a fast-paced, safety-focused team.
• Follow production schedules and reference work instructions and prints.
• Utilize MES, BIQ, Pinpoint and Epix for data entry and instructions.
• Cross-train in other operations to support flexibility.
• Maintain quality and adhere to contamination control guidelines.
