Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking a Disassembly II associate to disassemble engines and components, perform salvage operations, and support multiple stations with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires basic computer skills, tool familiarity, and the ability to read and interpret documents.

This is a 3rd shift position (10pm–6am) with a 7% night shift premium, 40-hour weeks, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience and the ability to read and interpret documents.
• Knowledge of engines and components is preferred.
• Experience using basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools).
• Prior use of hoists is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Print reading experience is desirable.
• Prior disassembly experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and salvage engine components in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Perform salvage processes including welding, acetylene torches, and drills.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and hoists as required.
• Cross-train into other positions as needed based on qualifications and physical requirements.
• Work across multiple stations and support a team-based operation.
