Job summary

Caterpillar's Remanufacturing division in Corinth, MS seeks a Cleaning I to operate in a detail-focused environment, disassembling and cleaning engine components with various tools. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

You will wear a detail suit with hood and respirator, work 10pm–6am on the 3rd shift, with a 40-hour week, overtime potential, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one including 401(k) match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience and ability to read and enter data.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and detail engine components in a fast-paced setting.
• Use disassembly tools to clean parts and remove debris.
• Cross-train in other Salary Grade 1 positions as needed.
• May use overhead hoist to move large components.
• Maintain safety guidelines and wear proper PPE.
• Work in a collaborative team environment.
