Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing operator. You will work in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment, read blueprints, perform quality checks, and operate tools and equipment including hoists, gauges, and CNC controls.

Starting pay is $18.35 per hour with a 7% night shift premium, 40 hours plus potential overtime, and full benefits. Some positions require lifting up to 30 lbs and PPE; a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data).
• Must be able to read/write and interpret documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused environment.
• Interpret blueprints.
• Perform quality checks based on standard work requirements.
• Understand torque requirements and processes.
• Operate hand tools, cordless tools, gauges, and vibration tools.
• May use overhead hoist to move large components.
