Job summary

Royal Hawaiian Movers, Inc. is seeking a motivated Moving Consultant / Surveyor to join our Hawaii-based team. You will conduct on-site and virtual surveys, evaluate furnishings, and prepare accurate moving estimates to guide customers through relocation.

In this role, you will follow up on quotes, maintain CRM records, and provide exceptional service while coordinating with operations. Hawaii geography knowledge is a plus; valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys for residential moves, offices, and industrial moves.
• Assess weight, volume, and transportation needs of furniture and goods.
• Prepare and provide accurate moving estimates and proposals.
• Follow up on quotes and maintain communication with prospects.
• Answer questions about moving services, processes, and timelines.
• Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly.
