Dahl Consulting is seeking a Relocation Specialist to support domestic relocation programs and an employee relocation initiative in Minnesota. The role connects employees, HR, leaders, and relocation partners to deliver a seamless relocation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in HR, Talent Operations, Global Mobility, Employee Relocation, or related field.
• Experience supporting mobility, relocation, talent acquisition, employee experience, or related HR programs.
• Experience running or assisting relocation programs.
• Experience working with relocation vendors/RMCs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-starter with ownership of relocation processes and improvements.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of domestic employee relocation programs, including coordination of employee support, program activities, and vendor interactions.
• Serve as primary liaison with relocation management company (RMC) and monitor service delivery, timelines, and escalations.
• Assist with planning and executing large-scale group relocation initiatives with HR, leaders, and vendors.
• Coordinate employee communications, resources, timelines, and transition support throughout relocation.
• Develop and update relocation resources, FAQs, guidance materials, and communications for a positive employee experience.
• Track, compile, and analyze relocation activity, costs, and program trends.
• Prepare reports for HR leadership on program performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance relocation processes and increase operational efficiency.
