Job summary

Champro Sports is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales funnel, generate leads, and coordinate with outside reps. You will build relationships with retailers and customers, identify products that fit client needs, and assist with bids.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent communication, and a willingness to relocate within the United States in the next year. Mon–Fri schedule with base pay, commission, and bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Sales, sports or business administration background preferred.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and with customers.
• Extensive knowledge of products and trends in sporting goods.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S. within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Bid Support program and complete bids for retailers.
• Generate leads and coordinate with outside sales representatives.
• Build long-lasting relationships and identify best-fit products for clients.
• Load leads into CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze data to understand consumer behavior and industry trends.
• Research and generate lists of potential customers including sports programs and facilities.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and maintain sales records.
• Support customer service and learn all business operations.
