You’ll grow with a fast‑paced group across our sports, college, and lifestyle brands, with opportunities to travel to trade shows as you develop into a stronger sales professional.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking with people and building rapport.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email — real conversations, real relationships
• Turn outreach into actual business — learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal
• Re‑engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one
• Keep the CRM clean and up‑to‑date in HubSpot — future you will thank present you
• Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence
• Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role
