Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for utility infrastructure and capital projects. You will lead projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with engineering, operations, contractors, and inspectors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

This role includes relocation to Winchester, KY with a comprehensive relocation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar in construction.
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Our client, a well‑established utility company, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for utility infrastructure and capital improvement projects. This position will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

The Construction Manager will work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, contractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to coordinate field execution and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

3. 3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
4. 4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
5. 5. Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
6. 6. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
7. 7. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
8. 8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
9. 9. Ability to lead a team and make important decisions.
10. 10. Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and other relevant safety regulations.
11. 11. Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
