Job summary

SpecPro Professional Services, LLC is seeking a U.S. National Capitol Region-based Relocation Coordinator to support U.S. Federal Protective Service offices. This position is intended for local hires residing in the National Capitol Region, as reporting to the Alexandria or Springfield locations is required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with an active PMP certification. Responsibilities include coordinating space planning, ensuring relocations meet quality standards, and communicating security criteria.

This role may operate in a hybrid capacity, subject to Government approval, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management required.
• Active Project Management certification (PMP) is mandatory.
• FAC-P/PM Level II certification within the last 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate space planning design, furniture orders, and relocation contracts.
• Ensure relocations meet FPS quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to communications and security criteria.
