Job summary

Pratum Co is seeking a highly organized Relocation Specialist to coordinate and support resident relocations across properties. You will manage multiple moving parts, maintain precise spreadsheets, and work with property teams, vendors, and leadership to provide timely updates and accurate information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or administration is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for maintaining spreadsheets, sorting data, and tracking information.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident relocations from one location/property to another.
• Maintain accurate relocation spreadsheets and tracking reports for relocation activities and resident information.
• Coordinate relocation schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate relocation timelines, requirements, appointments, and next steps to residents.
• Collaborate with Property Managers, Regional Managers, maintenance teams, vendors and other departments to coordinate moves.
• Track resident progress and follow up on outstanding items or required documentation.
• Identify issues or delays and communicate them to management promptly.
