Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving, the largest agent for Allied Van Lines, is seeking a highly motivated Moving Consultant for Kapolei, Oahu and Hilo markets. In this sales role you will represent the company and generate bookings for service centers while promoting the Coleman brand to build self-generated business.

You will receive training and have opportunities for commission-based earnings as you increase revenues. The compensation package is competitive and scales with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in moving industry or outside sales is helpful but not required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in moving industry or outside sales helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical surveys and customer analysis per appointment set.
• Perform estimates and close business on all leads assigned.
• Prospect for new customers; follow up and attempt to close all pending customers.
• Direct warehouse workflow for specific projects based on customer needs.
• Work with AR and AP in developed workflow.
• Maintain Customer data in proprietary software systems for logistics partners.
• Develop account business to assure a continuing stream of business and revenue.
