Job summary

Quality Services Moving in Virginia is seeking an energetic Relocation Estimator to support household goods relocations for service members and government officials. This role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and timely surveys in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct onsite, virtual, or telephonic surveys, generate detailed move surveys, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain CRM records. A valid driver's license and strong English communication are required, with growth

Qualifications

• Prior household goods relocation or estimating experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain base access for surveys conducted on military installations in the Metro-DC area.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Windows, and internet-based tools; CRM, DPS, and EasyDPS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipment award information and contact customers to schedule pre-move surveys.
• Conduct onsite, virtual, or telephonic surveys to inventory household goods and confirm service dates.
• Produce accurate, detailed surveys to support move planning and pricing.
• Address customer questions and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Perform administrative functions including scheduling, authorizations, and shipment updates.
• Upload survey results and pre-approval requests into CRM, DPS, and EasyDPS accurately and on time.
• Document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
