Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• English reading/writing ability is MUST.
• Prior experience in commercial paint environments.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen tests.
• Hands-on leadership in the field and mentoring.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, email are MUST.

Responsibilities

• Take inventory of materials upon arrival to the job site and before completion.
• Collaborate with Foreman to assist with new crew or foremen training on new systems.
• Assess and ensure crew leads follow Cherry safety and client guidelines.
• Jobsite quality control to assess workmanship and efficiency.
• Ensure crews work at an efficient pace and keep to the schedule.
• Document and correct poor workmanship promptly.
• Ensure foremen maintain organized materials/tools.
