Cherry Coatings is seeking a capable Superintendent to supervise multiple commercial paint crews on our job sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery per contract specs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Foreman, training crews, maintaining quality control, managing materials, and building strong client relations on projects across the region; willingness to travel up to 80% is required for site coverage.

Formación

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
• English ability to read and write is a MUST.
• Prior experience in commercial paint environments.
• Strong commercial paint experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Hands-on leadership in the field; strong communication.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and email.

Responsabilidades

• Take inventory of materials upon arrival and before completion.
• Collaborate with Foreman to train new crews on paint systems.
• Ensure crew leads follow Cherry safety and client guidelines.
• Perform jobsite QC and assess workmanship and efficiency.
• Maintain schedule adherence and productive pace.
• Document and correct poor workmanship promptly.
• Provide training when needed.
• Ensure proper organization of materials and tools on-site.
• Monitor scrap and waste; minimize material waste.
• Foremen to complete work tickets and JHA’s daily.
