Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• English reading/writing must be proficient.
• Prior experience in commercial paint environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication on job sites.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and email.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Take inventory of materials on arrival and before completion.
• Assist Foreman with training new crews on paint systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and client guidelines on site.
• Oversee QC and efficiency of crews; monitor schedule.
• Maintain organized materials/tools and reduce waste.
• Record and correct poor workmanship promptly.
• Prepare and review daily work tickets and logs.
• Coordinate with PM/Operations for material needs and tickets.
