Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks a registered nurse for 3 North Medical Telemetry. This role plans and delivers professional nursing care and may serve as charge nurse as assigned.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates have 1+ year in med-surgical or critical care, current North Carolina RN licensure, and a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements professional nursing care for patients.
• Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
• Administers medication as ordered by physician.
• Establishes collaborative interdisciplinary relationships with Health System staff and medical staff.
• Monitors the quality of care based on outcome indicators.
